Shipping

    1. Orders are only fulfilled Monday-Friday before 6pm EST. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be prepared and processed.

    2. All U.S orders will ship within 5-10 days after your order has been processed. 
    3. All International orders will ship within 10-20 days after your order has been processed.
    4. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day

    You will receive tracking information the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update. However, you'll be able to use your USPS Tracking number at www.usps.com anytime to track your delivery status.

     

    Lost or Stolen Packages

    If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Closet Bella Boutique is not responsible for lost and stolen packages once items have been delivered. 

    Returned Packages 

    If your order is returned back to us for incorrect ship to address, you are responsible for a reshipment fee. If this fee is not paid, a refund will not be processed.
